Forgot to upload this a while back! Gift art I gave to the incredible Lea Salonga, Jasmine and Mulan's singing voice. I wrote a blog post about seeing her sing live in LA in case you haven't read it yet.

Somewhat loose interpretation of Lea as Jasmine. Was slightly panicked to realize her favorite princess was Mulan, not Jasmine (Asians represent! XD) but I had the idea of putting her against a night sky and thought the concept suited Jasmine better.

Oh yeah, this was traditional art which I haven't done in a frakking long time! I need to do more copic pieces!!!

Thanks! She was incredibly personable and quite warm in a smaller, more intimate venue.

AND OHMYGOD, THAT VOICE. Seriously, I had tears when she sang "Ikaw." <3 One of my favorite Tagalog songs.
